I am honored to serve as the very proud Principal of Sugar Hill Elementary, home of the dragons! At Sugar Hill, we are committed to enabling our students to access and take ownership of their learning through practices that are inquiry based, rigorous, and equitable. The entire staff at Sugar Hill strives to build a culture that supports the social, emotional, academic, and global mindedness of all members of our learning community and are committed to allowing our students to achieve their highest potential.  Student growth and success is the heart of our school and we are committed to developing children as a whole, while helping them academically. 

 

Parent communication and involvement is valued at Sugar Hill Elementary. Our parents and families involvement supports Sugar Hill in continuing to provide the best education for our students. Partnering with our families helps our school grow and we welcome our parents to collaborate with us through our various committees including, School Site Council (SSC), English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC), African American Parent Advisory Committee (AAPAC), and Parent Teacher Association (PTA).
